Overview
This partnership in Education brings investments to train the middle-to high-level technicians the country needs to implement its industrial policy, in the short and medium/long term. It brings investments to train cohorts of middle-to high-level technicians equipping them with the skills needed for Cambodia to move towards its industrial policy objectives.
Investments will be around resilient infrastructure, research and knowledge, people-to-people exchanges with Europe, rights-based policy reforms, private sector engagement. Five-hundred university students will receive scholarships for full Bachelors, Master and PhD in STEM subjects in Cambodia (including energy) from government-led sustainable funding.
